Pros
Extremely interesting portfolio of products to work on. Depending on where you land in the organization, you can potentially learn a lot of new things. Most people are very pleasant, helpful, and fun to work with. Flexibility of work location/hours.
Cons
Products/components are supposed to integrate tightly, but teams work in silos with little, to no cross training. Communication across teams needs to be improved a lot. Objectives are too broad without sufficient resources to accommodate everything. Way too many senior level management turnovers, restructuring, and layoffs.
