Pros
The company has a new leadership who are trying to steer ahead of the competition by investing in newer technologies. Management is very upbeat and transparent to their employees. People are great to work with. Managers are respectful and empower their team members to take actions. Unlike before, management believes in a bottom up approach.
Cons
I have been on the other side and grass is not greener.
