Aspect Software Review from someone who has worked with the Directors and VPs.

Pros

Overtime was not the standard, good vacation policy, good pay for San Jose employees, low expectations for performance so it was an easy job.

Cons

Horrible communication from the top, director level not qualified to do their job (equal to low level manager at other companies at best), CEO always firing someone, no sense of security, company is probably going to go out of business within the next year.
