Business Outlook
Pros
Work-life balance is great. Work time is very flexible. I could attend to my family and kids if needed in between work and complete the work later during the day. My team is great to work with. Mid level management support has been good and very encouraging.
Cons
Compensation not on par with the market. Company is loosing steam. Talks of IPO is now a distant dream. There are lots of conference calls between team members. I spend 1-2 hrs per day on the phone. Reworking and integrating the current products have been a difficult job so far. Company is not doing lot of cost cutting
