Quality people Strong WFM and CC technology Loyal customer base

Cons

New management has little concern for employee morale and have been critical of the branding, event theme and core solution Recent layoffs have put a strain on employees who have been asked to take on significant increased workloads Merit increases have been frozen for 2019 and budgets have been slashed

Good people to work with Flexibility Work-life balance

Cons

Very financially unstable, Over the two years, I was there almost all the management left. Lack of communication The feeling is that your work does not really matter, and you can not make any difference. You just need to show the numbers the management wants to see even though you really do not understand or believe in them.

Pros

People are great, smart and creative. Decent benefits.

Cons

Company is a mess, the new investors just cut half the company staff this week and seem to have no clear direction. So much for investing for growth as they promised. Feel bad for the employees that are left. Hope it gets better but not sure how that could happen. Cold corporate culture is now the norm there.
