The company is changing and moving forward. The leadership is outstanding and they have worked hard to cultivate an atmosphere of culture. The work-life balance is ideal. I am a remote employee who travels. Being able to work from home with the right tools means that when I am at home I am really there. Benefits are good.

Aspect has received a bad rap over the last few years due to their previous management. However, the bad press is unjustified now. Over the last 18 months, there's been a complete revamp of senior management. Additionally, through acquisition, they have brought on some fantastic products (Voxeo and Zipwire) that exceed the capabilities of competitive products in the market. Additionally, Aspect is implementing aggressive programs for both its UIP and Cloud offerings that will compete with anyone in the market (I've been in this space almost 25 years and know the competition.) The atmosphere here is fantastic. Teamwork is expected and there's no infighting between orgs like you often see in other companies. The company is on a very fast growth path and I believe you will see fantastic things from them in the near future. If you want an unbiased opinion, check out what analysts have said since the recent analyst's conference - "Aspect is back and ready to take on the competition with an exciting portfolio of product."
