Pros
When I started with the company the atmosphere was so different. Benefits were great, salary was decent. VP and Director had an open door policy and used to talk to the staff regularly. They really treated people well. They would buy lunches often, holiday parties.
Cons
What it comes down to is product and product stability. Aspect was late to the party when it came to joining the competition with Cloud offerings. Stability is biggest downfall and different departments tripping over one another at the expense of stability and unfortunately Customer's feel the end result.
