Pros

Fantastic coworkers, great local management. If you step up and offer yourself for extra learning opportunities you can get them. Benefits were good when i was there...insurance was good and tuition reimbursement was great.

Cons

Very low pay, every time you turn around there is a lay off. Poor senior management planning, lots of talk about senior mgmt information - you attend the company meetings, but nothing much ever changes...except senior management and those working around you cause few people stay and everyone is covering for those laid off or leaving. I don't miss it at all.
