Pros

The benefits were good and I did have a great team in office.

Cons

This is not healthcare, this is SALES! Corporate will drill into your brain that if you let someone walk out the door without committing/paying for dental work, then you are "Denying them treatment and care." To get the sale they train you on "overcoming barriers to care" yes it is treatment you may need but how they go about their sales techniques is unethical, I was even told to suggest people use their 401k to pay for their treatment, apply for financing without telling them how it would affect their credit, and was recorded by corporate for every consult "sales pitch" and then scored on it. And as an Operations manager, being the only salaried person on staff, and in order to meet P&L's, you end of sending lots of people home and you working 50+ hours, which is never disclosed as an expectation when hired. There are some great dentists, but the business model is terrible and they royally bleed their office/operations managers.
