Pros
The people are nice, the pay is decent, the environment is very low stress. Honestly, if you want to skate by working 7-3 or 8-4 with decent pay and no stress it's a good place to be. They don't require much other than showing up and doing your work. The managers are all nice, too, even if clueless.
Cons
No direction, and no idea how or why they need to improve. The product, Canopy, is old and dated. Many of the policies at the company are old and dated. Many of the employees are... old and dated. Frankly, the company will old itself out of business. There is no plan, and there is no worry. It feels like upper management really has no idea what's coming for them at their current leisurely pace. Everyone is content and no one is looking forward further than a year or so to determine what really needs to be done to keep the company viable. Politics and gossip everywhere.

-Great benefits -Competitive Salary -Flexible work hours -Managers and owners are very friendly -A lot of very talented engineers that enjoy solving problems and getting the job done. -Lots of minor perks like frequent catered food -Lots of different technologies being utilized (C#, Xamarin, ASP .NET, SQL, Android, IOS)
