Great Company to work for. The Owner / Upper Management are very caring for all of their employee's. All employee's are treated and considered family.

Pros

This is an incredible place to work, where the ownership truly cares about each of their employees. From ownership down through the ranks of management there is an attitude of respect and appreciation for employees that I never experienced from previous employers. It is exciting to be a part of a company like this - I didn't know they still existed!

Cons

This company is growing at a steady rate, and along with that comes expected growing pains such as tight quarters. However, these issues have been and are being met head-on and proactively by company ownership and management. The office space has more than doubled in the past 5 years, and continues to be actively monitored.
