High expectations for work performance Low raises Work life balance can suffer while you build up your skills I was laid off and was performing very well I got a lot of weekly criticism from my boss to improve my performance and this might have hurt my reviews but was performing better than I ever did in my career

Salary compared with other tech companies in Mexico is below. Benefits started being above law mandatory, but hardly increase. No plans for remote work Hard to get promotion
