      The middle management is good, other engineers are generally good people, variety in your days, good insurance/benefits

      Cons

      Lots of work and can easily be more than 40 hours if you don't set boundaries, pay scale is historically low but they are trying to change, turnover due to burnout and corporate changes/direction
