      Overall Solid Place to Grow Career

      Pros

      Good culture (at least in Medina office). Upper management seems to genuinely care for employees since Emerson took over. Lots of growth opportunities. Work is high impact and makes a visible difference in everyday jobs for users/customers.

      Cons

      Very fast paced. Something is always urgent. Very demanding customers. Industry domain specific knowledge is priceless, but requires on the job traning. Employee turnover is a killer.

      Domain is complex and worthwhile. Company is going through a reform be more of a grass root organization and there is a lot of time spent on training.
