The CEO is a stubborn dictator. He not only forced a hybrid model regardless of individuals situations but he decided to treat us as little kids who should tell him every day about our location of work and explain why we are not in the office, this should be between the employee and his managers. Clearly he has no trust in his managers either. Bonus % they promise you of is never respected. why ? because they set very high expectations and they punish us when it is not reached. It is really sad what this company has become.
