Not much vertical growth within the organization

Higher management does not care/understands about lower level employees, they keep adding extra work and expectations without giving away any extra benefits or compensations, no wonder why so many people leaves the company in just few months. Pay rise is a joke here such as real promotions. HR could not care less about employees! The imposed "new" collaboration strategy makes no sense for most of the roles/teams, making a lot of amazing people to quit (among some other negative things).
