Basically nothing. Anything decent about this company can be found at other places.
Cons
Terrible place to work at. Egregious pay, benefits are basically worthless, demands and expectations for employees are unreasonable. Leadership only boss people around instead of actually leading them. All you'll ever hear from your bosses is criticism after criticism without any hint of recognition for your hard work.

Paid time off and holidays. 12 sick days and 5 PTO at the start of each year.
Cons
Management is unorganized and unprofessional. as a BT, you are doing significantly more than your job description. This includes sometimes doing the job of teachers and BCBAs. Little to no support in the classroom, but high expectations.
