Pros

The work-life balance, flexibility and leadership are great. In some instances there is opportunity for advancement and an emphesis for internal promotion when possible.

Cons

The salary is low and salary increases are rare outside of a promotion.

Pros

The company has made strides to make changes to support employees growth and well-being over the last few years. There’s a lot more opportunities for professional development, growth, and resources to stay in the loop. The benefits are great and my peers are supportive. The people we work with are awesome and it makes coming to work feel good to be a part of them reaching their goals.

Cons

It can feel there are too many initiatives happening all at once and not enough time to get them done.
