Pros

-Revfluence is in a booming industry which translates to a lot of inbound opportunities for the sales team (so that is always nice!) -Lots of room for personal/professional growth. The company is in a mass hiring spree, so there is a lot of upward mobility -Very supportive executive staff, and you receive plenty of 1:1 face time with the CEOs and Co-Founders -Great coaching and overall fun atmosphere at the company

Cons

-Still in the early stages so no juice bars or free office yoga classes, but I hear culture upgrades are a big initiative for 2018 :)

Pros

- People are genuinely cool (you wouldn't panic if you happened to run into a coworker at a bar on the weekend) - Everyone hustles without being too corporate about things - Heavy team input on what snacks are purchased (underrated perk) - Lunches when they happen are good and varied - New office is much roomier than the old one - Management puts a lot of trust in people and does not micromanage - Chipotle opened recently very close nearby

Cons

- No daily catered lunches - Hiring is a little slower and sometimes feels overworked (it's because the culture fit is really important so this is understandable)
