Pros

Strong culture with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Very supportive of working parents which is a huge plus for me. Highly recommend.

Cons

A little disorganized with the relationship between its parent company. Lots of restructuring happening without any real warning. Understandable that it’s a constantly evolving landscape and adjustments needs to happen but could communicate more proactively with its employees.

Going down hill

Pros

there is not a shortage of office space

Cons

Used to be a decent place to work (allowed for flexible hours, great colleagues, excellent program manager). However, this is no longer the case. In the past year about 75% of the staff has left due to horrible management decisions. The focus is no longer on providing excellent mental health services but now is on overworking and micromanagement of remaining employees.

Pros

The environment is friendly and vibes are good, you have decent clients and good leaders to deal with. a lot of experience but you have to look for it.

Cons

not much but you need to be 120% performance to get a raise in your salary.
