Considering development u can learn a lot

Cons

But u have to learn by yourself no one will lead you at initial stage like after training for more than a year. And have to obey every words of your PM unless thy will not respond at any of your serious moment r thy wil let u under serious cases. They will blackmail in initial stage like "see you r in initial stage we can spoil ur future".

Good Company for the Project Leaders, Project Managers and Senior Managers. Also good company for the freshers and the employees who are having below two years of experience.

Cons

Few Project leaders at Aspire never work at all. They joined Aspire to take rest.

Pros

Its a very good place for the freshers to learn more and that will give u confidence. When comparing to other companies their appraisal will be 20-30 % if you performed well. On this way their recognition is so good. It is a place to fill with the fun. Always conducting some games and fun programs. They will make you feel like your home and very friendly environment.

Cons

Its fully based on the clients and the projects you undergone and some guys in your upper level and it put pressures and need hard work and effort.Its your fate.
