Management is very friendly and approachable Lot of opportunities to learn Very flexible Work / personal life balance Excellent policies Defined growth path Freedom with Responsibilities Company with a heart Great Place to work there are lot more to say...

Every organization / individual has a negative aspect to it but when the list of positive things are high, negative things gets defeated.

Pros

I have been with Aspire for almost 6 years now. Its like my second home in Chennai. Aspire work culture is excellent. Good company to start your career with. Freshers are provided with impact training where they get to learn lot of things in the initial stages itself. Good work is recognized and employees are appropriately rewarded. Senior management is easily reachable and employees concerns are addressed, There are lot of employees who have been with Aspire for 5+ years. Excellent performance review system.
