Cons

the seniors who are sitting in Chennai are narrow minded and support only regional language. In daily sync up calls and in every meeting they used their language only and no english at all. and they support their local tamil people only and try to torture and irritate outsiders who are not from Chennai. They make your life hell if you work with Chennai people. They are biased and mean.
