1. Great Corporate culture. 2. Okay, Compensation as salary. 3. If your in the right project, don't worry about your next 2 to 5 years of it career span.

1. Great Corporate culture, but it depends on your manager's character how he/she is(they can change some micro-level things in the company's policy, depending on the project need)! 2. So, If your under leader kind of person your actual safe or things might anyway! 3. Don't join as fresher one of major drop in the company mostly they don't know what do with these fresher, if any opening is available, like 2-3 years experiance candidate fesher might replace that place and again (point no.1) play the big role, right make to you career or it might be confidence breaking situation!
