Pros
- Fully remote team. No office time required. - Get to work on features that matter. Everyone here has an important role to play. - Modern technology stack (Ex: React) - Flexible schedules. Attend required meetings and get your work done how you see fit. - Team get togethers to meet in person a few times a year. - Working on a product that has real world use cases and not just some vapor ware.
Cons
- It is a start up so expect to move fast, but the pace is still very manageable. - Really great collaboration, but you still need to be able to figure things out as you go. If you like the challenge then this is probably not a con for you. - Remote so if you are a people person this might not be for you.
