Pros

- Solid Product. - Base Salary: $65-70k a year. - WFH - 401K w/match

Cons

-  BDR team is turn and burn.   Very slim chance you will be promoted if you are looking to move into a closing role.   Team members are constantly burning out and they have to hold group interviews to keep new team members coming in.   - Territories:  They give 2 reps all the legacy accounts and let the rest of the team fight over scraps.   Top two, BDRs will achieve +200% every month while the other 30 reps struggle to hit quota.  When you miss, prepared to be micromanaged by the BDR Managers on Slack every hour.  They wont help you, just annoy you until you quit or they can fire you. - Benefits:  For a company that just raised a $75M Series C, they offer the worst medical package I have ever seen for a start-up.  One of my coworkers was paying over a $1k a month just for medical coverage for his family. - Vacation:  Unlimited PTO - You'll be lucky if you can take any extended time off.  One day off every month, not a problem.  Two days off, you're pushing it.  Three days off, good luck!   Start looking for a new job.
