I don't have negative feedback, the software works really well. Teams are working on a platform update and change is slow.

Pros

I am currently very happy with my job position, especially after switching teams. My new role leaves me feeling supported by leadership, which has made a significant difference in my job satisfaction. The senior leadership within my organization is aligned with my values, particularly when it comes to supporting our customers. Additionally, the fully remote work setup is fantastic, offering great flexibility and work-life balance. Cross-organization collaboration is fairly good, and relationships across different teams are generally positive. This collaborative environment helps in achieving common goals and fosters a sense of community within the company. Despite some initial challenges when you're new, the overall teamwork and communication are commendable.

Cons

While I am happy with my current position, there are several areas that need improvement. Management, particularly on the tech support side, could use significant work. The pay for front-line support is mediocre and does not scale well with the cost of living increases, which is frustrating. Additionally, pay across teams isn't consistent, even when tenure is taken into account, and they tend to lowball offers to younger employees. The onboarding and training processes are practically non-existent, leaving new hires to fend for themselves. You're expected to advocate for yourself to get anything done, which can be quite challenging. The Customer Support manager of the larger support team often overpromises and underdelivers, resulting in employees taking on additional job duties without any real prospects for promotion. Furthermore, the process for putting in time cards involves a frustrating amount of hoops to jump through.
