Pros
Stepping stone job. You can build up enough experience to get into a better company. Make no mistake though, it will be a miserable couple of years. I stayed as long as I did because of the other coworkers.
Cons
Lack of management. Day to day work is miserable. Lead developer refers to himself as the rockstar and has a very large ego. Very passive aggressive, berates and belittles coworkers in front of the team. Toxic team member who controls the management.
