Grant funds through the State of Alaska, Dept. of Health & Social Services continue to be reduced for critical community based services for individuals with disabilities.
Upper management is scared to get rid of the people that are making that place hostile to work in. The good people get crapped on and the bads get to stay there for years and have no repercussions for bad choices and actions.
