The care management team works closely with caregivers to ensure they feel supported, informed, and equipped for success. They do a ton of events and celebrations to recognize high performing caregivers. The marketing team is exceptionally organized and professional, bringing on new clients with care and making sure each situation is a good fit for both the client and the caregiver. Management is approachable, teamwork is strong across departments, and the mission-driven culture makes the fast pace worthwhile.
