A never boring job with room for growth!

Pros

Since I have been at this company for five years, I have found many opportunities for professional growth. These opportunities have presented themselves in career advancement, mentoring from a great team, and the ability to have additional training in different fields (as well as continuing education). One thing for sure about working for Associa, it is never boring!

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to balance work/personal life; this industry can be draining since it is heavily customer service driven and you need to have a thick skin.

Pros

Associa is a growing company and a market leader in a highly-dispersed industry. I was drawn to Associa because I felt that there was tremendous opportunity to translate my large corporate experience in multiple disciplines into valuable contributions, and I've found that to be the case at Associa. I love the people I work with. The office environment is clean and open with a good vibe. I have good work-life balance. And I have competitive compensation.

Cons

Benefits are less competitive and premiums are high. Leadership can be inconsistent, and turnover has been high since my arrival.
