This company really cares about its employees and really pushes for employee morale/family spirit as a #1 priority. The company is constantly striving for improvements in all areas to help us with our job functions and to help our clients. The executive team really seems to care what the employees think and conduct surveys often. They address concerns and needs regularly. The company has a lot of employee recognition as well.

Great place to work where their goal is to operate and treat you as family. A place that's looking to grow and innovate in the community association industry.

Cons

There's not an office closer to where I live, and moving isn't an option for me.
