      There are NO pros to working for this company

      Everything. They preach family spirit however they could care less about their employees. They care about nothing when it comes to the peon employee.

      Pros

      I thought the pay was pretty decent as well as the benefits offered. I had a sufficient amount of supplies at all times to perform my duties. I also did not have to work weekends at the time I was employed, which was nice.

      Cons

      Considering the positives, which were very nice positives, they ultimately did not out weigh the negatives. There were no career opportunities for my specific department, coworkers and residents could be very difficult to deal with, a lot of continuous turnover, etc..
