Strong growth, Friendly atmosphere and emphasis on company investment in technology. Decent Work life balance.

Cons

Very very Political. Promotions and pay are strongly correlated to how much the "inner circle" likes you. Dont step on the wrong toes. No real open door policy to the c suite. Although they put forward a different narrative. Benefits packages are lacking in quality but if you make it close to the inner circle pay can be decent.

If you are looking for a fun, friendly and innovative place to establish your career, look no further than Associa!

Cons

Associa, the undisputed industry leader, is transforming the community association industry. With that comes significant change to the way we all work. For those individuals who have a difficult time adjusting to change, Associa may not be right for you. Also, if you do not thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, you may not be happy working here. Finally, the medical benefits are not very competitive with other companies of similar size and demographics.
