AB has no issue letting people go and what is even more hilarious - upper management makes the decision. The direct supervisors are not involved/consulted. You would think - when business is slow and people have to be let go - it would be the weakest link. That's why you show up, work hard and do a good job. That is NOT the case. I can say with 100% certainty I was let go based on my pay. I was making too much money, but I paid my dues and worked hard over the years to get to that point. However, AB does not care. They prefer to keep people who do not show up for work and makes mistakes because they are paid less. No sick days and no errors do not matter. It's all about the money. They say people are important, but I've never found that to be true.
The CEO is like a used car salesman and the H.R. Dept is terrible.
If you want to work for a company that does NOT value it's employes - this is the place for you!
