      Pros

      Fast paced work environment, competitive salary, flexibility to get involved in the community.

      Cons

      Executive management was not very forthcoming regarding Bailout funds from the government. They told the staff it was an "optional" assistance program for "strong" banks. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Once the real story was uncovered, the CEO left the company. This experience left a sour taste in everyone's mouth and created quite a rift between the retail employees and management.

      Pros

      Smaller, more flexible. People were great, no one was hung up on titles or position. willing to listen, never had a cookie cutter approach to the business.

      Cons

      Difficult putting any strategy together, spent a lot of time trying to figure out who they were. Never did accomplish that
