      ample PTO, sick time, holiday time, flexible schedule, work from home, great team environment, lots of support for management.

      Cons

      open floor plan (no privacy), pressure to work longer hours.

      Flexible work hours and some positions can be worked, occasionally, from a remote location (i.e. home)

      Cons

      Colleagues are not held accountable for the quality of their work (or lack thereof). Those without integrity are often rewarded, and there is little management support to change this situation. HR labels those who try to work with them to improve the situation as "problem" employees.

      Most unethical company I worked for. Has the good old boys club mentality. Constancy grabbing at straws to find their niche.still are looking to find it.
