Senior leadership is money and power hungry and the customer is no longer the focus. They have destroyed the culture and focus on community, and turned it into any other "big bank" that puts profits before people. And they treat their employees like cogs that are just supposed to do what they are told.

What I didn't enjoy was my misogynistic boss. He often shared personal details about his life that I wanted nothing to do with, and made negative and passive aggressive comments about women (in general and in his life). They also made it very difficult to internally move from teller to banker. They would also schedule OT and then tell us we shouldnt be clocking into OT.
