Solid Base Pay of 19.50 an hour Appropriate pay increase if you match and/or exceed your target Encouraging managers Easy Process

Cons

Very physically demanding, although all body types do succeed here, will take a few months to adjust to the physical labor Some areas can be cold and wet The hours are not stable, sometimes you may work 36 hours a week, sometimes you may work only 25 depending on the demand Benefits are provided, but limited Computer systems appear to not have been updated in the past decade - although they are currently overhauling parts of the warehouse for automation
