Cons
Corporations are on of the WORST places to work. The corporate big heads for Associated Foods are a bunch of Over paid idiots i have ever had the misfortune of working with. Working in one of the stores owned by associated foods is not bad if you don't mind getting paid slave wages and working like a slave as well. I am a supervisor at one of their stores and I love working with the people and the work is really fun, but the district manager for my location has no clue what he is doing and I feel like he only got that position because he is a golfing buddy of the CEO. I used to love this company because they paid their employees good and had several amazing benefits. This is no longer the case. If you work as a janitor in the main office in Salt Lake I can almost guarantee you will be paid more than the Front end Supervisors in the stores. If you are thinking of working for associated foods, please reconsider. They care more about paying the higher up people than making sure their front line crew is happy. They are THE highest priced store in the location I live at.
