Pros

Starting wage was more than I'd had working custodial during college, coworkers were kind, and both HR and my specific department were very accommodating of my neurodivergence disability.

Cons

I worked there three years and didn't really see that much increase in my wage. There were small raises here and there, but they were usually in increments of 15 to twenty five cents, and over the course of my work there I think I only got a couple raises at all.
