Great company with great people to work with everyone minds their own business and does their jobs and does it well.

Cons

Journalism is a field that requires money like all things and until there is more money the quality will suffer.

Small clubs. People get in by nepotism not merit. Very exploitative, the worst work environment. Get in if you are into masochism.
