Management incompetence leads to serious issues and abuse

Hours were cut. It took over 4 months to have access to our paycheck stubs. Didn’t get paid Holiday pay for 3 holidays and didn’t get confirmation of that until February, which is when I was finally able to get access to my pay stubs. Capped employees from receiving any more raises when they 1st took over. Did not want to adhere to Marriott standards. General manager at Springhill was incompetent. Had been there over 3 months and still didn’t know how to use the system, couldn’t schedule people for shifts and expected employees to stay until he could find someone to come in because he didn’t know how to even check out guests or run any reports. Fired the Sales Director for having the day off and not being there to do his job by showing perspective guests around the hotel and he messed it up. But the absolute worst thing he did was let a young child be abused in one of the rooms for over 30 minutes before he just called the room and no answer and the child was screaming for help. He proceeded to walk into the back office and laughed about it and said he wasn’t getting involved.
