Pros

What stands out most is that in addition to the focus on making the business a success, the leadership here is just as invested in my own growth – not only as an insurance professional but as a leader, a critical thinker and problem solver. To me that's invaluable. The open-door policy is exceptional; my opinion is not only encouraged but it's valued. When I look around and see so many people that are still here from the first day I walked through the door, that speaks volumes

Cons

Increased compensation for internal promotions

Pros

Good growth and promotional opportunities, with a generally kind environment.

Cons

Those good promotional opportunities come with a pretty unbalanced work/life balance. Within the next ~2 or so years, with the proper hiring, I would expect this to be significantly better.
