      Great people that are hard-working, loyal, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. Your team becomes your family and they have your back. Flexible work at home policy.

      Cons

      Continuous shifts in management reporting structure, organization hierarchy and future vision. Expect employees to be available at all hours and ability to take on large amount of work regardless of what is already on their plate.
