Pros

Great people to work with, every one was warm, friendly and professional. The work was always interesting. Great deal of autonomy.

Cons

None really, salary not being assessed by location was the only challenge, in other parts of the country it was great remuneration.

Pros

Lots of benefits and perks to the job such as fun things like an ice cream van, bbqs etc. Very sociable place to work I made some good friends here.

Cons

Pay is quite low and it's a bit micro managed but I've come to expect that when working in an inbound call centre (e.g. Timed toilet breaks) unsociable hours evenings and weekends

Pros

full time and benefits. Comfortable work space.

Cons

working weekends, holidays and very terrible hours/pay .. never have two days off in a row and schedule is constantly changing. Favouritism is also a big factor at this company.. and they tell you that you will move up in the company, but they put sticks in your wheels so that you are unable to because they have trouble finding employees that will actually stay. do not work for google warranty department, it is the worst decision you will make.
