      still loving my job after 7 years

      Pros

      great hours and pay, benefits are pretty good and there is growth opportunities throughout the organization, you can really go places within the company. training is provided for all skill levels you are never left to figure it out on your own, every facet has a support system in place. and you can work from home!

      Cons

      sometimes the training can be a little slow, but if you are patient everything you need to succeed is provided.

      PTO is the only plus

      PTO time that stacks and increases over the years is incredible compared to most places

      Cons

      Everything else (literally). Overworked, massive turnover, company shifts positions constantly, tight deadlines demanded, everything dictated by stakeholders, upper management doesn't listen to employees.
