      No loyalty to employees and no way to communicate with anyone who makes decisions.

      Pay is mediocre at best. Bonuses are tiny. Slow to promote.

      Small Company Feel at a Big Company

      Pros

      Assurant always does the right thing in business and for their people. The CEO sets the stage for a safe and rewarding work environment. There are endless opportunities to learn new skills and take on new roles. Assurant is very good at hiring from within first. Very welcoming, challenging, and rewarding workplace. Remote work is fully acceptable in most roles. Benefits and rewards are generous. They encourage work/life balance. The people. The people. The people.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy due to the growth. Can be perceived as good or bad but honestly, it just means there's lots of opportunity...up to you to figure out how to manage it all.
