      Pros

      Potential for growth. Heavy on the potential as it seems difficult to advance without accurate salary needs and position identification to support the business at hand and the competitive market for employment. There doesn't seem to be forward thinking to create new employment positions to advance. Old school.

      Cons

      The company's lack of knowledge of the industry they just entered recently creates the unforeseen in areas such as org structure, proper placement of professionals. Frustrating top level management without much knowledge base of the current market or industry. Arrogance, argumentative, and unprofessional Director/VP Levels.

      Pros

      Leadership is surprisingly engaged and seems to really care about their employees. There appears to be good room for growth and advancement too.

      Cons

      Lots of internal changes, shifts and re-org, but that is pretty typical for such a large organization. Some parts of the company don't move as fast as others which can be frustrating at times.
