      Great company to work for. They care about their employees, and want to see you succeed

      Cons

      As an individual health insurance company, they were vulnerable to hard financial hits in the Affordable Care Act that has caused many companies to not survive in this new healthcare environment

      Well organized. Tasks are well defined and well distributed.

      Great people to work with. Everyone is very helpful and caring.

      Cons

      Company is ran by the wrong type of management. The management has poor leadership skills. They tend to micromanage the office instead of actually assisting you on the floor. You can tell that the only aspect that the managers and team leads are focused on is trying to move to the highest position versus trying to assist their employees.
